- Add chopped Onions and fry until slightly golden brown - Add Turmeric 1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste Mix until rawness of ginger garlic gone - Add Methi leaves fresh [ quantity depends on how much Methi flavor u want ] Optional
Add - Yogurt - Chilli Powder 1 tbsp - Salt 1 tbsp - Paya masala 2 tbsp or any Garam msala Mix well let it cook in medium flame for 5min
Add cooked goat to pan Mix well close lid and let it cook for 5 min Add cilantro
