  • 200 g Chow mein Noodles
  • 250 g Chicken Breast
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 3 whole Garlic Cloves minced
  • 0 Onion Small
  • 1 cup Cabbage Shredded
  • 0.5 cup Carrot Julienned
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper Sliced
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp Vineger
  • 1 tsp Chilli Sauce or Siracha
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 0 To taste Salt
  • 0 Garnish Spring onions

Instructions

    Boil chow mein noodles according to package instructions and drain.

    Toss noodles with little oil to prevent sticking.

    Marinate chicken with 1 tbsp soy sauce, black pepper, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.

    Heat oil in a wok or pan on high heat.

    Cook chicken until lightly browned and remove.

    In the same pan add garlic and onion.

    Stir fry for 1 minute on high flame.

    Add cabbage, carrot, and bell peppers.

    Stir fry vegetables while keeping them slightly crunchy.
